Hello there, my name is Amanda, I'm 23, and this is my weightloss blog
I entered college around 175/180.. I was also 18... now 4 years later, I graduated being at the highest I've ever been of 205 in May. After deciding to be pro-active over the summer and joining a gym I decided in September 2012 I need more support and thinspiration. Thus, I tumble.

Time to get serious and stick to my goals.


I’ve been doing at least 100 mins of cardio and then 30 mins of strength/muscle work, at least 4/5 times a week. Now, should I be doing this in this order? or should I be doing cardio second?

  1. kicking-ass-takingnames said: i’m no expert, but i’d say you’re doing it right! the cardio warms up your muscles, which to me it seems like that would reduce risk of injuring something with your strength training! (:
